All I-9s need to be fully completed by 12/15/2018 in current TALX system

<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In light of the approaching HCM Transformation Pause date
<br>for using Purdue’s current I-9 Management System (TALX), all I-9s need to be
<br>fully completed by 12/15/2018 in the current Equifax TALX system.  
<br>
<br>
<br> 
<br>
<br>
<br>Fully Completed means both of these conditions apply:
<br>
<br>
<br>·        The
<br>I-9 must have the status of EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZED AND
<br>
<br>
<br>·        The
<br>I-9 must have the CASE CLOSED (can only be done after being authorized).
<br>
<br>
<br> 
<br>
<br>
<br>If an I-9 does not state &quot;Resolved: Authorized&quot; after
<br>12/15/18, it is considered NOT Authorized and NOT
<br>Closed, and will not be retained.  A completely NEW I-9 will
<br>need to be completed after 1/1/2019 in our new system if the I-9 states any of the
<br>following statuses after 12/15/18:

<br>·        SSN
<br>Applied for
<br>
<br>
<br>·       Pending -  Section 1 done by the employee, but
<br>Section 2 not completed by Purdue
<br>
<br>
<br>·        SSA/DHS
<br>TNC (Tentative Non-Confirmation) status
<br>
<br>
<br>·        Employment
<br>Reverification not completed
<br>
<br>
<br>·        SSA/DHS
<br>Case Incomplete 
<br>
<br>
<br>·        Not
<br>in a valid format
<br>
<br>
<br>    ·        Includes Other
<br>Names used, First Name, and Last Name error statuses
<br>
<br>
<br>·        Photo-Matching
<br>
<br>
<br>·        Authorized
<br>+ Optional
<br>
<br>
<br>·        Error
<br>- Request Help
<br>
<br>
<br> 
<br>
<br>
