Subject: Training sessions for Purdue Print and Digital Services delivered by Xerox
As we enter the implementation phase of Xerox management of Purdue’s printing services operations, Xerox plans several opportunities for enhancing and facilitating the user experience.
Xerox will hold several WebCRD/Ariba Training Sessions over the next two weeks. I encourage all of you to attend one of these meetings to learn the new job submission process and to ask questions. Purdue employees who order from Xerox as well as department approvers are encouraged to be in attendance.
The meetings will be in Stewart Center, Room 202, at the following dates and times:
• May 30, 9-10 a.m.
• June 2, 10 a.m.-11 a.m.
• June 4, 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
Seats for each session are on a first come, first serve basis.
In addition, an open house is planned for June 24 at Printing Services, 698 Ahlers Drive.
