“BCDG 220 – Correcting Document Guide” is scheduled for July 23 and 24. This course follows the Lifecycle of an Account Series course, BLCA 280 – Corrections and Certifications. BLCA 280 focuses on the policies and procedures associated with document correction and effort reporting and BCDG 220 will highlight the ways in which staff can utilize the Sponsored Program Services Correcting Document Guide. The session is presented as a joint effort between Managerial Accounting and Sponsored Program Services.
The July 23 session will meet from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in BRNG 2280 (Beering Hall of Liberal Arts and Education). The July 24 session will meet in RAWL 1062 (Rawls Hall) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This course will be conducted in a lecture style format. Kim Hoebel, assistant comptroller – managerial accounting services and Jessica Lawrence, assistant director – post award, will be the instructors for both sessions.
