Effective Tuesday July 22, Purdue West Lafayette campus Personnel Action Form preparers can submit Undergraduate Student New Hire, Add Additional, and Rehire requests online via the Personnel Action Application. This online process replaces the need for paper Personnel Action forms for the listed actions for undergraduate students only. Submission of paper forms while departments transition to the online application is permissible.

Users are encouraged to attend training prior to utilizing the application. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Click here to view the training schedule and to register to attend. Each 90 minute session will begin with an overview of the process followed by Q&A and/or time to process actions. Attendees are encouraged to bring undergraduate student hire, add additional, or rehire actions to process during the session.
